Liturgical Minister Signups

All Liturgical Minister's sign-ups using SignUpGenius:

The links below are for use with laptops or desktops computers using a browser like Edge or Chrome or Safari. You can use these links with a smartphone (iPhone) or iPad (tablet), but for a smartphone or iPad it is easier to install the "SignUpGenius" app from the app store.

Notes:

The best way to use SignUpGenius is by using the app. Go to your app store and install it. Search for "SignUpGenius" and install it. The app is on your Smartphone and in your pocket. If you don't want to install it or can't remember your app store password, using a laptop or desktop browser works great-its just hard to put the laptop in our pocket.

• Once installed, be sure to create an account with SignUpGenius. either from a login link at the top or going to the "plain ole" SignUpGenius link at the bottom of this text. It will make it easy for them to remember you.
• Please signup with the same email that has been used in the past. SignUpGenius will match emails and you will see other calendars to sign up to.
• At the sign-on page, be sure to click on the little "remember me" box. It might even "remember you" the next time you show up.
• If you are using SignUpGenius on a laptop or desktop, be sure to bookmark or add this to the home screen of this page. Then you will be able to go back to it at any time.

• When you signup for a time, you can signup for one or more, just keep scrolling beyond the ads to the next time you want to serve. There will be a button at the bottom that says "Submit & Sign Up". That is the first button, then you will go to a page with all the signups listed so you can be sure you didn't miss any. Sign in then click on the "Sign Up Now!" button and you are done.
• There are two icons/buttons at the upper-right, above the entries. The first one is to show the signups in a list view. The second is to show the signups in a calendar view. Both make it easier to see the signups.
• There are a lot of ads throughout the app. Watch it! They come in various shapes and sizes - keep scrolling.
• At the top-right of the app are three lines, that is called the "hamburger menu". In it is the "Logout" and "Find a Sign Up". "Find a Sign Up" is where you can find all of St Francis' current signups by putting Kathi's email address in the "Sign Up Creator's Email Address" field which is "kswan@stfoa-parish.org" (without the quotes "). You will then see all the signups for the next few months.

If you only use a desktop computer, do not bring it to Mass to get help - Ha ha. We can create your username/account and send you an email link for the bookmark from my laptop.
